Dive into Discovery: A Memorable Adventure at the Pacific Tsunami Museum

This October, Keiki Labs transformed the Pacific Tsunami Museum into a vibrant playground of creativity and learning for our Keiki Adventure Day Camp! Young explorers aged 6 to 12 engaged in 3D clay creations, edible lava adventures, and captivating tsunami tales.

A Hands-On Experience Like No Other

Participants sculpted the majestic Big Island with vibrant clay, exploring Hawaii’s volcanoes and fostering a love for geology and art. The excitement was palpable as they created and learned! The edible lava workshop was a highlight, where kids mixed ingredients to craft delicious lava while discovering the science behind it.

An Hour with Cindi: Science and Stories

A special hour-long workshop with Cindi, the museum’s president, captivated the children as she shared her knowledge and passion for tsunami safety. Her engaging storytelling inspired curiosity, making science come alive for our young explorers.
